After your party date has been decided, the party commitment form below is required in order to proceed with your Nails 2 GoGo party.

Scheduling

A Party Scheduling Form is required prior to the party date. A Nails 2 GoGo coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your party plans and needs.

Pricing
Party prices are listed on the Parties pages. Prices may vary according to location. Ask a Nails 2 GoGo coordinator for further details. Gratuity is not included. Cash tips are appreciated and may be paid at the end of your party or added to total payment at the time of booking.

The first 15 invitations are included in the party price. Additional invitations are $1.00 each. If the party is canceled by the hostess once invitations have been mailed there is a $10 charge. Gift bags are also available for an additional $8.00 per bag.

Payment Policy
Payments are accepted in the form of a check, money order, and Visa or MasterCard. Remit Check and money order payments to Nails 2 GoGo at Tredici Spa and Salon, 4140 W Ina Rd Suite 168, Tucson, AZ 85741.

* Note: A $35 charge will be assessed for any returned items.

Adult Party (Hostess Paid)
Full payment is due at the time of booking. A coordinator will call the hostess 24 hours prior to the party date for a final guest count. The hostess is responsible for notifying us 4 hours prior to the party of any guests that have canceled. The 4 hour notice is required to allow sufficient time to determine the appropriate number of technicians to accommodate your guests. If the hostess does not notify us within 4 hours of any guests who have canceled a 50% charge MAY apply for each guest.

Cancellation Policy (Hostess Paid)
A full refund will be given for cancellations made 2 days prior to party date. If party is canceled any time after the 2 day requirement a 25% charge will apply.

Adult Party (Individually Paid)
If payment is being made by individuals (not hostess paid), payment for their services is due in full no later than 48 hours prior to the party date,

Cancellation Policy (Individually Paid)
Individuals may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the party date to receive full refund. A 25% refund will be given to individuals who cancel up to 4 hours prior to party. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the 4 hours.

Hostess Responsibilities (Individually Paid Party)

  • Provide an estimated number of guests attending your party to allow sufficient time to determine the appropriate number of technicians to accommodate your guests.
  • Inform all party guests to pay in advance. If guests choose to pay hostess, it is the hostess’s responsibility to provide payment information to the Nails 2 GoGo coordinator as soon as possible.

    A coordinator will call the hostess 48 hrs in advance for a final guest count and to provide hostess the opportunity to remind guests to pay for their services.

    Kid Party (Hostess Paid)
    Full payment is due at the time of booking. A coordinator will call the hostess 24 hours prior to the party date for a final guest count. The hostess is responsible for notifying us 4 hours prior to the party of any guests that have canceled. The 4 hour notice is required to allow sufficient time to determine the appropriate number of technicians to accommodate your guests. If the hostess does not notify us within 4 hours of any canceled guests a 50% charge MAY apply for each guest.

    * Please note: a minimum of 6 kids is required for all parties. If less than 6 fail to show, the full amount is still required.

    Kid Party (Cancellation)
    A full refund will be given for cancellations made 2 days prior to party date. If party is canceled any time after the 2 day requirement a 25% charge will apply.

    Helpful Hints
    A technician (s) will arrive 30 minutes prior to your party to set up. A designated room with open space provided by the hostess will be appreciated and will ensure a comfortable environment for your guests.

    *Note: All technicians are on a schedule. Please be mindful that other parties are frequently scheduled following your party. Punctuality is very important to the technicians, you and your guests, and other clients.
